The Align and Thrive Members Club is an online monthly membership programme that supports women to take control of their health, happiness and hormones by addressing what I like to call the ‘Foundations of Wellbeing’ in the simplest way possible.

The ‘Eat Less, Move More’ approach is no longer the answer for complete wellbeing. Poor sleep, feeling totally exhausted, out of balance, detached or suffering with problematic hormonal symptoms is not ‘just the way it is’ and is certainly not the way it has to be.

    Hello, I’m Victoria

    I am a women’s wellbeing specialist, conscious that moving well, eating well and thinking well can restore beautiful bodies, balance hormones and banish troublesome symptoms and frustrations.

    My passion is to inspire and support wonderful women to take responsibility of their own health, happiness and hormones by sharing simple, personalised lifestyle strategies and the most important information women need about sleep, stress, hormones, bone/gut/brain health and purposeful movement.

     As an accredited coach of the Sue Stone Foundation I thrive in providing nurturing support to nourish physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. 

     Having personally been on the path to move away from the actions that were no longer working for me, from the behaviours that left me feeling exhausted, constantly overwhelmed, surviving on poor sleep with elevated cortisol levels I now help women who are ready to move away from the ‘Eat Less, Move More’ approach and feel energised, happy and healthy and I would be honoured to help you.

    I joined the Wellbeing Members Club a few months ago after I realised that I had been out of kilt with myself for a very long time. Menopause got blamed for every thing,

    I was an emotional wreck,”its the change”,

    I was angry or frustrated “its the change”

    I had fleeting feeling of despondency “its the change”,

    I was feeling bloated “its the change” etc etc etc.

    I absolutely love being a member (although I probably do not use it to its full potential). I have been reminded that it is not ok to be a human robot just going though the motions day in and day out, trying to be a perfect, wife, mother, work colleague and friend and not actually being very kind to myself at all. I now fill my day with positive affirmations, take small breaks to enjoy the sunshine, the birds singing or listening to the wind rustle through the trees. I am now not obsessed with crash diets and only feeling happy if my scales say I should be, I am beginning to actually like my self (lumps, bumps and all).

    The best bit about the membership is that Victoria is little ray of sunshine full of inspiration, motivation and information. I now have the membership on my phone and it is literally like having a mini Victoria in my pocket to keep me happy and healthy.


    The Foundations of Wellbeing membership has really changed the way I look after myself. 

    It was never about the exercise for me – I love exercise and have enough drive and motivation to do that on my own, and have been exercising very regularly for my whole life. I love adding the short workouts Victoria has created into my weekly routine as they’re so quick and easy to do. Now that I’m over 40 though, I knew that I would need some extra guidance about all the other stuff that makes up wellbeing. 

    I love the bundles! I didn’t know too much about gut health and hormones before joining, but I now know just how much of an affect all of this has on my overall wellbeing and the way I feel at different times of the month. The information about stress has really been an eye-opener for me – I thought I knew how stress affects me, but now I know so much more, especially about the affects on my body, and I know how to deal with it better when it arises. 

    Victoria has put so much care and thought into this monthly membership and all of the content – SO much content for less than £7 per week! – and it’s obvious that she really wants to help people feel their best, and reach their wellness potential whatever their struggles are. She has created a supportive community and I’m so glad it exists. 


    Thank you so much for an extremely supportive and positive site!  I was very nervous about signing up to this as I have done similar things in the past and have never bothered to continue with them.  This however, being accessible bit by bit has not overwhelmed me and has therefore been really useful.

    The membership doesn’t make me feel that I am doing everything wrong and that I need to change my entire life immediately if I am to get anywhere.  The small tweaks (and yes, they really are small tweaks) are easy to add in to a busy daily schedule and the way in which they are presented doesn’t make you feel useless for not already doing all of this stuff!

    The Members Club is such a positive and encouraging experience and I know that it’s really helping me along without making me feel it’s all too much.
