The Movement and Virtual Studio Membership grants you access to a library of short pre-recorded workouts as well as all of the virtual studio classes and their replays.

The ‘working out hard to crush calories’ approach is outdated and it is time to move purposefully to nourish the body and support bone, heart and brain health.

So many women are time poor and exhausted which is why all of the workouts offered support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

They are short, fun, effective and suitable for every age and level.

It doesn’t matter what your wellness goals are, there’s plenty of purposeful movement sessions inside for you.

  • Virtual Studio access to all the live streamed classes + replays

There is also a Live Streamed Fitness Pilates session in the Virtual Studio each Thursday morning (9.20am). Occasional evening workouts are offered, all inclusive of the membership and with the replays uploaded to the membership dashboard.

What is Fitness Pilates?

Fitness Pilates uses the original teachings, principals and exercises of Joseph Pilates, delivered in a modern and functional group exercise session.

Fitness Pilates addresses basic postural imbalances, improves back and core strength and enhances mobility and flexibility in a non-intimidating, fun and enjoyable class set to music.

It is an all-inclusive programme designed to strengthen weaker areas of the body and is suitable for all levels of fitness and general healthy adults.

*Fitness Pilates is not a rehab class and unsuitable for individuals with diagnosed muscular-skeletal issues that require one to one clinical application**

There is no minimum term, you can cancel at any time, (you will lose access to all content upon cancelling). Membership is just £18 per month taken as a re-occurring subscription through Stripe.
