The Foundations of Wellbeing Members Club is an online monthly membership programme that supports busy, often overwhelmed, women to make progress with their wellness goals in the simplest way possible.

It is a community of like-minded ladies who are passionate and determined to take control of their complete wellbeing. They want to restore balance within, feel energised, be happy, fulfilled and thrive.

Eat less and move more is no longer the answer for complete wellbeing and poor sleep, troublesome hormonal symptoms and feeling fed up or frustrated might be common but doesn’t mean it is right or normal. 

Feeling totally exhausted, out of balance, detached or suffering with problematic symptoms is not ‘just the way it is’ and is certainly not the way it has to be.

There are solutions that can be easily applied and they are here in the membership.

It doesn’t matter what your wellness goals are, there’s plenty in the members club for you.

As a member, every month you’ll get:

  • New video content (I like to call them bundles) to discover new strategies to support an area of your wellbeing – you can just delve into the ones that are relevant to you.
  • Live Q&A sessions where you can get your questions answered.
  • Two recipes to support your gut health, reduce energy slumps and nourish your body.
  • Weekly workouts to follow at home that are short yet effective and that support bone health, strength, flexibility, heart health. posture, mobility, joint problems as well as tone.

You’ll also get access to the private Facebook group, which is such a supportive and friendly place to hang out online.

Plus every year I’ll arrange an in-person meet up.

you are busy and that is why I have created this community to fit in into your life. You can watch the videos and follow the workouts when it suits you. This membership is to give you the encouragement and motivation you need around your current schedule.

There is no contract, you can cancel at any time, (you will lose access to all content upon cancelling). Membership is just £29 per month taken as a re-occurring subscription through Stripe.

The Foundations of Wellbeing membership has really changed the way I look after myself. 

It was never about the exercise for me – I love exercise and have enough drive and motivation to do that on my own, and have been exercising very regularly for my whole life. I love adding the short workouts Victoria has created into my weekly routine as they’re so quick and easy to do. Now that I’m over 40 though, I knew that I would need some extra guidance about all the other stuff that makes up wellbeing. 

I love the bundles! I didn’t know too much about gut health and hormones before joining, but I now know just how much of an affect all of this has on my overall wellbeing and the way I feel at different times of the month. The information about stress has really been an eye-opener for me – I thought I knew how stress affects me, but now I know so much more, especially about the affects on my body, and I know how to deal with it better when it arises. 

Victoria has put so much care and thought into this monthly membership and all of the content – SO much content for less than £7 per week! – and it’s obvious that she really wants to help people feel their best, and reach their wellness potential whatever their struggles are. She has created a supportive community and I’m so glad it exists.

Thank you so much for an extremely supportive and positive site!  I was very nervous about signing up to this as I have done similar things in the past and have never bothered to continue with them.  This however, being accessible bit by bit has not overwhelmed me and has therefore been really useful.

The membership doesn’t make me feel that I am doing everything wrong and that I need to change my entire life immediately if I am to get anywhere.  The small tweaks (and yes, they really are small tweaks) are easy to add in to a busy daily schedule and the way in which they are presented doesn’t make you feel useless for not already doing all of this stuff!

The Members Club is such a positive and encouraging experience and I know that it’s really helping me along without making me feel it’s all too much.

The short videos each give a snippet of information which makes it easy to think about each topic and act on the tips, and I have been surprised at how many I have now incorporated in to my weekly routine! 

I am following the suggested morning and evening routines and trying some changes to my diet and realise that, once pointed out, simple changes make such a difference.
