I see so many busy women make the same mistakes with their health and wellbeing. Feeling confused with lifestyle information, spinning plates, trying to be all things to all people and as a result feel totally exhausted, out of balance, detached and giving up on their own Wellness goals over and over again.

- New video content (I like to call them bundles) to discover new strategies to support an area of your wellbeing.
- A live Q&A session where you can get your questions answered and mingle with other members
- Two recipes, complete with a ‘how to’ video to support your gut health, reduce energy slumps and nourish your body to keep on track
- Four workouts for you to follow at home, workouts are in real time, each under 12 minutes and incorporate Fitness Pilates, Fitness Yoga, Strength training and Cardio Protective intervals.
You’ll also get access to the private Facebook group, which is such a supportive and friendly place to hang out online.

A brand new MONTHLY bundle delivered in bite-sized videos on the 1st of each month.
Each bundle will dig into a different foundation of wellbeing with some including accompanying workbooks, bonus audios and printables.
A brand new workout EVERY MONDAY. Each one will be between 7 – 12 minutes and include Fitness Pilates, Fitness Yoga, Strength and Cardio sessions. You can follow each workout as many times as you desire.
A brand new recipe to try EVERY OTHER WEDNESDAY. Simple to make nourishing and designed to support your gut health.
Access to the private Facebook group, which is such a supportive and friendly place to hang out online.
The opportunity to attend in-person meet ups.
There is no contract, you can cancel at any time, (you will lose access to all content upon cancelling). Membership is just £29 per month taken as a re-occurring subscription through Stripe.
